Questions people actually ask. Answered like we mean it.
GeneralRebrixe is a collection of 500+ web-based tools that help you do things faster — convert files, format text, work with images, crunch numbers, and a lot more — all without installing anything, creating an account, or sitting through a product tour.
Think of it as that one friend who knows how to do everything and never makes you feel bad for asking. Except it's a website.
Yes. Every tool on Rebrixe is free. No hidden tiers, no "basic vs premium" wall that kicks in right when you need the thing you actually came for. Free means free.
We run ads to keep the lights on. That's the trade-off. We think it's a fair one — you get hundreds of tools, we get to keep building them. Nobody's getting surprised by a paywall.
No. Not now, not ever. We don't ask for your email, your name, or your "work role" from a dropdown that doesn't include yours anyway. You open the tool, you use the tool. That's it.
We believe access to useful things shouldn't require handing over personal information. So we just... didn't build that part.
A lot. Text tools, image tools, file converters, calculators, color utilities, code formatters, date and time helpers, unit converters, PDF tools, and more. If it's something you find yourself doing repeatedly in a browser tab, there's a good chance we've built it.
And if we haven't, that's useful to know — feel free to tell us.
No. Everything you upload or type into a Rebrixe tool is processed entirely inside your browser. Your files never leave your device. They don't touch our servers. We don't see them. We couldn't, even if we wanted to — and we don't want to.
This isn't a promise dressed up as a feature. It's simply how the platform is built.
Yes — and this is actually one of the reasons client-side processing matters. When you process a file on Rebrixe, it stays on your machine. There's no upload, no server log, no cloud copy sitting somewhere with your quarterly report on it.
That said, we're a toolbox, not a compliance certification. If your organisation has specific data handling requirements, check with whoever handles that for you. But for everyday use? You're in a safe place here.
We use basic cookies — the boring kind that remember things like your theme preference. We also use advertising cookies through third-party networks (like Google Ads) that may serve ads based on your browsing history. That's standard for ad-supported sites and it's disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
We don't build profiles on you. We don't sell your data. We're not in that business.
Most of them, yes. Rebrixe is built to be responsive, and the majority of tools work fine on a phone. Some tools — particularly ones with complex inputs or side-by-side comparisons — are just more comfortable on a larger screen. We won't pretend otherwise.
If something feels awkward on mobile, a tablet or desktop will usually sort it out.
Since everything runs in your browser, the practical limit is your device's memory rather than a server cap we've set. For most tasks — image compression, PDF handling, text conversion — you won't run into any issues.
For unusually large files (think multi-gigabyte video files), a dedicated desktop application will serve you better. We're good, but we're not miracles.
Once a tool has loaded in your browser, many of them will continue to work even if your internet connection drops — because the processing is happening locally. You'd still need a connection to load the page in the first place, and a few tools that pull external data won't function offline.
But if your Wi-Fi cuts out mid-task? In most cases, you'll be fine.
Tell us. Genuinely. Drop an email to help.rebrixe@gmail.com with what tool you were using, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened instead. Screenshots help. Frustration noted in the email? Also fine — we can take it.
Every bug report is a gift we didn't ask for but are grateful to receive. Most improvements on this site started because someone cared enough to say something.
Please do. Our best additions have come from people saying "I wish there was something that did X." If you've ever caught yourself searching for a tool and finding nothing that quite works — that's exactly the kind of gap we want to fill.
Send your idea to help.rebrixe@gmail.com. We read every one. Not all of them ship immediately, but all of them get considered.
Yes. Rebrixe is not a project that was built and then abandoned. We're still here, still adding, still fixing things that need fixing. 500+ tools is not the ceiling — it's where we are right now.
If anything, knowing that people actually use this place makes us want to build more of it.
That's the intention. We're not building toward a paid pivot. The ad-supported model isn't glamorous, but it's honest — and it means the tools stay open to everyone, not just people who can afford a subscription.
We're aware that "it'll always be free" is a thing companies say right before it isn't. So we won't make that promise. What we will say is: free is the plan, and we have no reason to change it.
