How it works: Daily mode applies OT after your daily threshold. Weekly mode totals all hours across the week and triggers OT beyond the weekly standard — with an optional per-day threshold (whichever produces more OT hours is used, as most jurisdictions favor the worker). Multi-tier rates let you set different multipliers — e.g. 1.5× for the first 4 OT hours, then 2× beyond. Annualized figures assume the same schedule repeats every week.
