Known Limitations — Read Before You Plan
No public holiday awareness. This tool only skips weekends. It does not know about national holidays (Christmas, Diwali, US Thanksgiving, etc.). You must manually shift dates around holidays.
Review and Retrospective fall on the same calendar day (the last working day of each sprint). Your team will need to schedule them as separate time slots on that day.
Next Sprint Planning is placed on the first day of the following sprint. Some teams prefer to hold planning on the last day of the previous sprint — adjust manually if needed.
Date calculations use your browser's local time zone. There is no timezone selector. If your team spans multiple time zones, treat output dates as local to whoever generates the calendar.
"Current sprint" detection uses your device's clock. If your device date/time is wrong, the highlighted sprint will be wrong too.
No calendar export (Google Calendar / Outlook / iCal). Use the Markdown, CSV, or JSON export and import manually.
Sprint start dates that fall on a weekend are accepted as-is. The tool does not auto-shift your chosen start date — pick a weekday start.
On 1-week sprints, the Mid-Sprint Check-in and Retrospective may fall on the same day — there are only 5 working days and 3 events to place. Both are shown so you can schedule them as separate time slots.
