⚠ Tool Assumptions & Limits — Read Before Using
  • Minutes must be 0–59. This tool treats time in standard clock format. If you enter 90 minutes, it will be rejected — enter 1h 30m instead.
  • "Work Days" stat is hardcoded to an 8-hour day. We cannot know your actual shift length. If your workday is 7.5h or 9h, this number will be wrong for you.
  • "Full day" preset = 8 hours. This is a fixed assumption. Adjust the hours input if your day differs.
  • Invoice total uses exact decimal hours. Some billing systems round to the nearest 6, 10, or 15 minutes. This tool does not apply any rounding increment — it bills the exact decimal.
  • No tax, no overtime. The invoice figure is gross time × rate only. No VAT, GST, overtime multipliers, or deductions are applied.
  • Decimal precision is capped at 4 decimal places. For display and copy, 2 decimal places are shown by default. No computation errors — just a display choice.
  • Copy to clipboard requires a secure context (HTTPS). On plain HTTP or certain browsers, the copy button may not work.
