⚠ What this tool assumes — read before using
Work hours are fixed at 9 AM – 6 PM in each city. You cannot change them. The overlap bar reflects this assumption only.
"Best meeting" slots are highlighted between 10 AM – 3 PM (green) in City A's time. This is a reasonable-hours heuristic, not a configurable preference.
DST detection is best-effort. It compares January vs July offsets using your browser's timezone engine. Regions with non-standard DST rules (e.g. Morocco, Samoa, parts of Australia) may occasionally misreport DST status.
The overlap bar only shows one day at a time. Large offset pairs (e.g. SF ↔ Tokyo, ~17h apart) often have zero work-hour overlap — the tool will tell you this clearly and will not fake an overlap.
All times are live-updating from your device clock. This tool does not use a server; accuracy depends on your system clock and browser's IANA timezone database.
