⚠ Tool Limitations — Please Read
Working days = Monday–Friday only. The tool has no concept of custom work weeks (e.g. Sunday–Thursday).
Holiday data is approximate. Public holidays are computed from fixed rules and algorithms. Edge cases (substitute holidays when a holiday falls on a weekend, regional proclamations, regional variants) are not modelled.
India holidays are national gazette holidays only (3 fixed dates + New Year). State-level and floating religious holidays (Holi, Diwali, Eid, Onam, Pongal, etc.) vary by state, religion, and year — they cannot be reliably hardcoded. Add them via Custom Days Off.
UK holidays are England & Wales only. Scotland and Northern Ireland have different bank holiday schedules.
Australia holidays are national public holidays only. State-specific holidays (e.g. Melbourne Cup Day, Queensland Show Day) are not included.
Billing hours are configurable below but default to 8 h/day. The tool calculates hours as working days × your chosen hours per day — it does not account for partial days or overtime.
Time zones are not considered. All dates use your browser's local date. If your team spans time zones, results may differ by one day near month boundaries.
